The 1% Program is built for athletes committed to separating themselves from the competition.
Designed for collegiate, professional, and elite-level performers, this program combines advanced performance training, data-driven analysis, and cognitive development to push athletes beyond their limits.
Every session is structured around the athlete from movement optimization and force production to recovery and mindset.
The goal: to help each athlete pursue the 1% edge that defines high-level performance.
Training Frequency
Up to 4–5 sessions per week, customized based on sport, position, and performance goals.
